Top 5 authors

I was looking at my goodread account and my most read authors - here are the top 5.  So I thought it would be interesting for everybody to know which ones they are.

1: Luanne Rice

That doesn't surprise me as she is one of my favourite authors.  She write fiction so well and she makes you fall in love with all the characters.  I currently have one of her books are my to read list for this month, hopefully I get to this month.

How many books of her have I read? -  21

 2:   Kay Hooper

She is one of my favourite suspense authors and she writes a great series that has romance, and suspense. You definitely have to start from the beginning.  Once I finish this series, I will definitely reread it again, that is how much I love the series.

How many books of her have I read -  18

3:  Debbie Macomber:

She is one of those authors that I love to read when I want a nice easy read and a feel good story.  She has a few series  ( Cedar Cove, Blossom Street and Rose Harbour), that I am currently enjoying very much.  She always write a christmas book every year, so I try to at least read one of her christmas books a year.

How many books of her have I read -  17

4: Kristin Hannah.

I just love her books, she write woman fiction very well.  I love all the stories that she has written. Some of her books make you cry, but that shows a good author.

How many books of her have I read -  15

5: Catherine Coulter:

She write a great FBI thriller series that I have been reading for a long time, I am a little behind in that series but just means I get to read lots of books by her.  She write suspense books so well. With the fbi thriller series, there is a few characters that you see in many books, so you defintely need to start from the beginning as you would be lost if you didn't. Recommmend this series if you like suspense!

How many books of her have I read -  14

It is very interesting to see which authors I read a lot of and it was also interesting to read the list and remember some authors that I need to read more of their books. The list just goes on and on.

Week In Review

Hope everybody had a good week.  I didn't get as much reading done that I would have like this week, but I am still enjoying my book, it is just hard to find time to read this week.

We went to my parents house this weekend for my niece's birthday who is 13. I can't believe that she is 13 already, where did the time go?

Onto reading:

Halloween was fun.  Erin had a lot of fun and has lots of candy!

Yesterday my husband and I went to a wedding so the girls had a sleepover at my parents, so that was fun to have a night out without the kids.

I keep on forgetting to say that I completed the goodreads challenge, so I was happy about that.

Week in Review

Hope everybody had a good week.

We had a pretty good week.  I finished swimming lesson this week, I am not sure if I will do it again, but do feel more confident in the pool so that is a plus.

The girls are doing well.  Erin is excited for Halloween tomorrow.  We have been doing a lot of  halloween crafts this week so that was a lot of fun.  Before I had kids, I didn't really care much for Halloween but it is different when you have kids and you see how excited they get!

I also did some hobbies for me.  I did some acrylic painting so that was fun!

On to books:
