Week In Review

We are all doing well, in case you didn't read my previous post, I had a baby girl on Jan 20.

The new baby is more relax than the first one or we are more relaxed the second time.

My husband is off work for 3 weeks to help me with the baby and the toddler.  Once he goes back to the work, then I am going to be really busy.

I am doing a lot of reading while feeding her so at least I get to read. I even finish a book. The toddler is loving her baby sister so that is always good.

Baby news

Just a quick note to say that I had my baby on Wednesday the 20th. We end having to have a c section earlier than the scheduled one.

We had a baby girl and she weighs 7 pounds 10 oz. So I won't be on here for a while.

Week In Review

I didn't finished any book this week. I am still enjoying the book I am reading.

No baby yet, some pains here and there. If baby hasn't come by Thursday, I have a c section  scheduled for Friday.   I had a c section with my first kid, so they don't want me to go too long.

So I won't be posting as much after this post.  I will write a post when baby finally arrives.  Final guess - a boy or girl? We are wanting it to be a surprise .I will try to do a book post every once in a while, but I am not sure how much time I will have with a toddler and a newborn.

Week In Review

This was a pretty good week.  I finished a book!

No baby yet! But my actual due date is not until Saturday, so I am not overdue yet! It is weird still being pregnant as my first kid was born at 38 1/2 weeks so I never got to the actual due date! I am ready for the baby to come.  It is so cute that my daughter is saying baby here all the time.


I also won a gift card to Amazon from Book Date for the woman fiction challenge.  I have been trying to figure out what books to get, but there are so many choices!

What a great book! I loved it!


Currently reading:

Pretty good book. It is a different genre that I normally reading, but I am enjoying it!

I wasn't going to post reviews, but this book was so great, that I wanted to.

Review:  I love love this book.  It has been so long since I read Maeve Binchy books, I forgot how much I enjoy her books.  I love that there were characters from previous books in this story ( they weren't big parts of the book, but if you read previous books, you smiled to read about them).  Even though it was a long book ( 504 pages), it never seem like it was.  There were many characters in this book but it was written so well that you fall in love with all the characters.  Too bad that this author isn't alive anymore to write new books, but lucky I see have a few of hers that I haven't read.

Week In Review

I had a good week. I had a good New Years Eve.  We went to a party, it was a kid friendly, so we were home by 9:00 and I was in bed by 11:30, I tried to stay up until midnight, but this pregnant lady needs to go to sleep. Now that I am like only two weeks away, all my family is asking is the baby here yet, lol!!

The Perfect Husband - 4/5- Great Suspense book. Love it!
The Chocolate Frog Frame - Up - 4/5 - Great cozy mystery. Nice easy read. Will definitely read more of that series.


Currently reading:

I am loving this book!! I forgot how much I love Maeve Binchy. It is about 500 pages, so it will take me awhile to read, but it is such a great book you don't care that it is so long!
