I can't believe that January is almost over and it is time to do month in review.

January was a great month. My youngest daughter turned 1, where did the time go?

Reading wise I did pretty well this book.

Review:  I loved this book.  I love meeting the new guests at the inn and what their stories were.  I also like we got to find out about the guests in the previous book.  Great addition to the series. Can't wait to read the next one

Genre: Suspense/Thriller

Review: Loved loved this book.  There were three storylines going on, I thought that might be confusing, but once you got into the book, it didn't matter,  you were looking forward to seeing what going to happen in all the stories. Lots and lots of suspense in this book, a little romance, but mostly suspense.  Look forward to the next book in the series.

Week In Review

Hope everybody had a good week.  We celebrate Alison's first birthday this week. I can't believe that she is 1 already.  Time just flies by.

I haven't finished any books this week, but I did get lots of reading done, so that is always good.

I still need to write my review from last week, I have it my drafts folder, hopefully I will post this week.
 Now that all the snow is gone now, so I have been taking the kids out for walks, so that is fun!

 TV Watching:

We watched a few more episodes of Castle.  Still enjoying it! We have about 10 episodes left to watch of Season 3 and then we will pick another show to watch ( We don't tend to watch season after a season of a show,  as this way we get to watch different shows.  We will probably watch Deadwood or Brooklynn 99 next.  Two different types of shows that is for sure!

Rose Harbor In Bloom- Great book. I am going to write a review and post it hopefully tomorrow, so look out for that.

TV Watching:

I am have been currently watching Castle with the husband lately. We are on Season 3 right now. I am really enjoying it and it is nice to have time with husband, while kids are sleeping.

I am also been watching comedies shows. I am currently watching Last Man Standing on netflix , it is a nice easy show where after a long day, it is nice to have a laugh! I am currently watching Season 4.


Movie Watching:

We don't normally watch movies lately,  but we decide to watch a movie,  so we watched John Wick, it was an action adventure movie with lots of vilence, but it was still pretty good to watch.  I would give it 3.5/5.

Goals

Goals for 2017


Book Goals:

• Read 40 books 
• Read a new genre ( science fiction and non- fiction is what I am thinking of doing)
• Read more cozy mysteries and get up to date with at least one series. 
• Finished Elm Creek Quilt Series this year

 Craft Goals:

•  Finished my honeymoon scrapbook which was  in 2012
• Do some type of sewing project ( bag, quilt...etc)
• Do more painting

Other goals:

• Get my driver license by the end of 2017.  I keep on putting it off, but it is time to actually do it

•  In spring time do more biking and by the end of the summer, actually go on a family bike ride. 
• Do more swimming either with the girls or by myself.

Week In Review

It has been a few weeks since I posted on here. Christmas was busy but fun. I got some cool things. Erin totally understand Christmas more this year. Alison is only 11 months so she really had no clue. I can't believe that she will be 1 soon.
